DOA, Shipping, & Refund Policy
We carefully package your coral for safe shipping and certify that all livestock comes with a “Live Arrival” guarantee, unless specifically stated.
All packages MUST be accepted on the first delivery attempt even if the shipment arrives late or damaged. If a shipment is refused for delivery by the customer, no guarantees will be honored by Puddle Aquatics.
In the event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), Puddle Aquatics must be contacted within 2 hours of package delivery (delivery company posted time), and clear digital photo identification must be provided with the coral both in the shipping bag and out of the bag. We reserve the right to decline DOA coverage if the buyer does not contact Puddle Aquatics within the specified 2-hour time frame. DOAs will be fully credited minus shipping charges.
We do NOT offer refunds, only credit towards future orders. No refunds or returns on Live Purchases or Live Sales.
Puddle Aquatics cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your delivery shipment to arrive late. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Buyer must be at location to receive delivery. Not doing so voids all DOA coverage.
Once the livestock is in your tank, we have no control over the conditions, so no guarantee is implied past delivery.
All purchases are final. In the event that an order is requested to be cancelled we can offer you 100% credit for 12 months OR a refund with a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be returned to you in the form of a credit towards PuddleAquatics.com
